I met Sarah when she was in her tween years back on a ranch not very far from their they held their wedding ceremony and reception in Chular Canyon, California. Fast forward like ten years, Sarah asked Jon and me to photograph her big day! It's amazing to see her all grown up and to see the amazing woman she has become.
Sarah met her now husband, Kyle, back in youth group, but it wasn't until they saw each other after graduating high school that they recognized that there was something more. We've know how special Sarah is for a long time and when we met Kyle we knew that he was perfect for her. They compliment each other in so many ways. It was such a pleasure to be with them on their wedding day.
Speaking of wedding days, Sarah was incredible with her DIY wedding touches. Everything we saw and photographed was well thought out. It was simply beautiful. It was also at Kyle's family ranch which made for an incredible place to photograph.
We love everything about this gorgeous couple and can't wait see their love grow over the years.
Here's a fun Q & A from the Bride & Groom.
JM: How did you meet?
KS: We don't remember meeting since we have known each other for as long as we can remember - we grew up going to the same church. But we became friends in high school.
JM: What is one thing you both love about being married now?
KS: Coming home to each other at the end of the day
JM: What is his favorite breakfast and what is yours?
KS: His - biscuits and gravy, Hers - french toast and maple syrup
JM. What is one advice you can give to other brides in the planning process?
KS: Pick a few things that are really important to you (and you are already good at) to D.I.Y. I took on probably a few too many projects and wish I had been less spread thin through the planning process.
